Delivery time: Orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 10 working days.
Shipping costs within Switzerland:
- Flat rate of CHF 9.– for packaging and shipping
- Free shipping on orders over CHF 300.–

We only ship within Switzerland.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please ensure that the items are returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.
The buyer bears the return shipping costs.
After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will promptly refund the purchase price.
