Damian von Lichten was the creative force behind the Swiss Fashion Show (1997–2003) – a platform that united established designers and emerging talents. He collaborated with Christa de Carouge and MAC Cosmetics. His shows were bold, artistic, and spectacular, and his influence on the Swiss fashion scene continues to this day.
A new beginning through healing - from the spotlight to silence
After a serious health crisis, Damian withdrew from public life for many years. During this time, something new emerged: the Tinnitus Institute Switzerland , which he founded as a personal response to illness, pain, and the search for meaning.
Here he developed a unique, integrative therapy concept, a combination of hypnotherapy, behavioral therapy, naturopathy, sound therapy, mindfulness , and nutrition . A holistic approach for people with chronic tinnitus, stress, or anxiety disorders.

In 2024, Damian von Lichten returned with a new creative vision and founded the exclusive label STERNSTAR. The brand stands for exclusive designer decorative cushions from Switzerland, artfully crafted and an expression of lived elegance.
